Great location 3 walk from the central green market square. Big spacey rooms with a/c and bathrooms with hair dryer, very clean. Sedic and Enzo were exceptionally helpful and polite. Whether youre looking for information on day trips, calling cabs, where to find authentic African food, where to go for a cocktail or adventure activities, just ask them at the reception, theyll hook you up. Highly highly recommended!

I dont think the place is secured, there are cameras in their passages and you wont see who entered your room if anything would happen ☹️

The rooms were very nice and clean, quite spacious too. The serve the buffet breakfast from 7 until 10am, this could be extended, but there are many good breakfast options on the menu. The location is good if you want to be in the Cape Town CBD but it is not the best location when visiting the city as there are many or many variety to choose from. The hotel is accessible to many restaurants, historical sights and shops, especially for tourists who would like to explore. As always, be aware of your surroundings and valuables in the busy CBD.

The Staff are extremely friendly, Odessa is extremely sweet let alone Enzo the owner, I mean its very seldom you see the owner of a business working in the kitchen & attending to guests. The rooms are decently clean, spacious & some have a stunning view of Table Mountain. Really enjoyed my time at The Parliament Hotel.

Small hotel right in the middle of town. Its been revamped, parking is available in the building - friendly welcome, efficient service. Receptionist even phoned us to advise our room was available before the usual check-in time. Short walk to Parliament Buildings, Company Gardens, St Georges Cathederal etc Very continental vibe in St Georges Mall

Definitely a cozy hotel with good breakfast, this is a perfect example of dont judge a book by its cover. The inside is really amazing, well maintained and fancy. Bathrooms are also up to standards.

It is nice n affordable hotel . It offers complimentary breakfast . Rooms are clean n there is a safe in each room. Food was good n staff was helpful. The locality is also good.

Staff are friendly helpful. I had a problem with the noise coming from outside and when mentioned to staff i was put in another room with no extra cost. Breakfast and dinner in restaurant fantastic. Hotel well situated in easy access to where i had to be. Clean and tidy free wifi ... tv channels limited but no bother to me ... little bar fridge would have been nice for keeping fresh milk but further on i enjoyed my stay .. will definitely recommend hotel.

Staff at morning and night are very different in behavior.. there is a pub adjacent to the hotel.. so mostly people shouting and noisy till late night.. also.. we always went out inside car.. hotel does not have its own parking.. parking is shared and charged at 90 rand a day... they order food nearby places.. so no food available in emmergency either. Overall average place.

I had a comfortable stay here. The hotel is downtown which by day is ok but by night is too dangerous to walk however there is room service from italian restaurant nearby. The room lacked a fridge but otherwise was good and staff were very good. Breakfast is cooked to order along with cold cuts and proper espresso coffee.

Modest, cheapest but cozy hotel meets you like a poor forgotten relative whose hospitality made you comforted.

Reasonable hotel in the center of Cape Town. Short walking distance to places like Bo-Kaap, The Company Gardens, Long Street, various museums and shopping. The staff are friendly and will gladly assist you. Though somewhat unreliable, the wifi is free, and without limitations. The rooms are fairly large and comes with ac and tv with aprox 15 channels. The room features are somewhat dated, but everything is clean and in working order. Breakfast is spartan, but sufficient. Considering the pricerange this place delivers a good package. The neighbourhood might seem a little dodgy, but as with any other place in this town, venturing alone after nightfall is probably a bad idea. Stayed here for 8 days....would stay here again :)
