I am giving 1 star because every time I book an appointment here they always run late. Now I understand from time to time this happens in all establishments but this is just ridiculous. I have an 11 am appointment, at 11:05am another patient booked for 10:45 am goes in. Frustrating because no one seems to really be bothered by it when I explained I have other appointments. So thats my 2 cents. Apart from that Medicross Tokai is lovely. Great doctors and staff and good facility.

In search of a new doctor and went here. Doctor was professional but ran extremely late and messed up my working day.Why have appointment bookings if you run late?!

Everytime iv made an appointment iv waited past my appointment time of a minimum of 45 minutes. Last visit was over an hour and a half. GREAT DOCTORS, poor time management.

Seeking a new GP in CT and decided to visit Medicross Tokai. Very happy with their service, although sometimes a bit of a wait even with the booking, however the engagement between GP and patient is comforting, and Nursing station team just as caring and friendly. The convenience of the pharmacy and X-rays being inhouse just adds to the positives.

The medical professionals do a thorough check. I would def recommend them. The wait at the clicks chemist can be a bit long at times.

Very very very slow. Not sure why they have the online booking options if they don’t calculate the time properly according to their own options?
