Disgusted by the service!! A company that is very quick to hand you over to debt collectors for black listing on an overdue account even when the account sent did not reach the recipient because they had an incorrect email address. But they did however have the correct cellphone number, as well as landline number, but will not call you and prefer handing you over (even though you have a spotless history of payment). This is the little regard they have for not tarnishing clients good names! If other service providers have the decency to call their clients to inform them of a problem with an account, why cant this company?? Are we respected clients or just a means to an end?

On the morning of Tuesday 10 Dec 2018 I had the unfortunate experience of having to be rushed to N1 City hospital trauma unit due to extreme abdominal pain. I was assisted immediately. All staff were friendly and very helpful. This was my first ever visit to a hospital as a patient, thank you to the reception staff, nursing sisters, Dr Bouma, nurse Sizani, Nathan and all others on duty your guys are awesome. In the unfortunate event that you need trauma assistance... this team is number 1 and highly recommended.
