Absolutely wonderful staff, from the receptionist to the security guard to the nurses in the wards and in theater. I was really blown away by the caring and warm care by everyone. This day hospital offers professional care in the heart of Newlands. Convenient and plentiful free parking. All covid measures were in place.

Lovely welcoming receptionist and the care of the nurses and sisters thereafter was a pleasure. They were all positive, calm and helpful. I felt that the physio visit directly after the operation, (I was still feeling a bit groggy) was not opportune. And it felt quite rushed with little explanation of the 8 exercises.. i.e. the what and why?
