I honestly cannot believe the difficulty I have received from @home to refund me my money from a furniture item that was never collected/delivered. I have reached out to various consultants who have all said different things - I have written down the names of all the consultants I have spoken to - quite the list in the last 3 weeks and all with different versions of how the refund process works and what the progress is on the refund.I have spoken to a manager whose name I have also noted who has sent emails of how she will follow up but still I do not get any communication back after the follow up.I actually went to an @home store at canal walk and the manager on duty made the surprising remark that Next time you should rather shop in the store and not online to which I was baffled and cant believe how they dont even have faith in their own online system. The manager on duty also said she would follow up with head office and call me after a day and never did.I am so tired of chasing them around to get my money back. A simple courtesy email/call from the finance department acknowledging receipt of the requested documentation is also a lot to ask it seems. They request you send documentation and they just go quiet. Now I have to call them again and again.The only person who has seemed to actually care about this issue has been a consultant named Reon who has called to ask if I got my refund but unfortunately that doesnt make up for all the other consultants and managers who still have no idea when the refund will be made or when it will be made and in-fact have no idea what is the actual process @home has wit online furniture refunds.Just really disappointing for my first time furniture purchase from @home.

Assistant staff are not very helpful and a little aloft. However the lady at the till was very apologetic that they didnt offer gift wrapping and arranged for the Canal walk shop to gift wrap. The indoor shop seemed far more professional with very warm friendly service. I got my gift wrapped but I was told that they couldnt give me a bow or tag. I noticed the other costumers received bows and tags.

Lovely show room with knowledgeable staff and fast and efficient service. Quality products at a high premium, but definitely worth the price most of the time.

Look like all the other @home shops, as expensive also ;-) Still nice to have a look or to buy something special.

Just a quick look at the offerings, for our needs, no special items identified.

Very poor service at canal walk branch (outside). Been there twice. System for gift registry was completely off the first time and the second time it went off within 5 minutes of starting to scan. The ladies working in the shop said this happens and said they would call their manager... the manager never came, even after asking for a second time... then they just ignored us for the rest of the time. However, they have not found a plan B to assist customers who want to support them. I asked if they would let us write down the codes and let someone who works in the shop scan the items for us at another stage. They said no.It doesnt seem like they care and they have a very poor attitude in general. Very frustrating experience. Would give them a zero if we could.Told them we would do it online but took time out twice to come and view items and do it physically.

Friendly and helpful service. I hate spending time in shops but this place has a very homey effect. Things are a bit pricey but well worth having in the house. I even found some amazing scents for my car. This place definitely a place to check out for the finer things that makes a difference between a house and a home.

All the 5 stars deserved, you have got to go shopping to understand. 😊

Service was great and I even had my gift wrapped for me.

Very little stock available and most of the items I went looking for was out of stock.

The worst ever purchase experience Ive ever had was at this store, I had to sit almost 3hours to conclude a transction of almost R70 000 . Two months later after going through all the trouble of endless phone calls & personal store visits to date after numerous promises & lies im still waiting for my stuff to be dlivered. The management is pathetic to say the least.

The best shopping centre in the whole country . There is now place in the country where you can get the best hotels and restaurants and around with businesses. Totally the best Mall.

Store always has quality products, from cooking ware to bedding, furniture, bedding etc... All of a high quality & standard...

Staff etc. we’re quite helpful, so no problems there.The bad thing was that when I was in the store earlier looking for a duvet and a cockroach literally came running out from between between the shelving, where the duvets are packed.Needless to say, there was no chance I bought that duvet

Rude and unwilling staff, stood infront of the counter waiting to be helped while no one was infront of me, when the lady informed me that she cant help me now. And pointed at people that were still shopping throughout the whole shop and said she is busy with them. Utterly Disgusted.
