Recently did a music video at one of he villas and the service was excellent. The artist and client made a lot of changes but In Residence were organized, efficient and aware to all our needs. Communication was great all round

I was recently a guest at an event in one of the Villas. The views over Clifton were absolutely beautiful ! The house was second to none. I was truly blown away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. My phone died just before I needed to call my uber and one of the security guards came to my rescue and called an uber for me. Extremely happy . 5 stars from me !

Outstanding. We have booked villas in Cape Town before and have found them to be dirty and the service to be poor. The villa we booked through In Residence was new and modern, the house staff were fantastic and the chef was world class.

I dont often do reviews but I have to thank In residence for their great service recently. My employer spent the easter weekend in Cape Town and upon returning to JHB we discovered his daughter had left her toy bunny behind. Fufu the bunny was express couriered to our office freshly laundered and bearing a note about her solo adventures in Cape Town. His daughter loved it. Thank you again for the great service and helping me plan a fantastic holiday for the family
