We stayed at the penthouse for 3 nights. First impression was fantastic. View of the ocean was just amazing. Unfortunately, apartment is managed poorly. Refrigerator had smell. Bed room and bathroom lights were not working, bathroom toilet stopped flushing. Nothing was fixed despite reassurances. There are many great options in this area. Hopefully, the owner will look into these issues.

Google only allows min 1 star ......doesnt even deserve 1 . I dont ever review things but felt compelled to do so today. I had several requests to review this establishment from BRAAM ( he also comments in this google review stream) and in the end caved in as my experience was less than satisfactory during my one night stay. Besides the utter confusion on my booking and the fact that ESKOM played its part , i booked for one night at R1200 ......not bad for a nights stay , charged a further R550 odd rand cleaning fee and the rest AIR B&B service fee which I happily paid for so in all R2001.00. Then came my public review of NICE AND CONVENIENT LOCATION . The negatives I reviewed in a private message that only he could see...................please read the messages below ....... this guy does not take likely to anything critical as you may investigate on any negative remarks that comes his way ........HAPPY READING BELOW ..........there are many other places to stay in that are far better and I would rather pay double then deal with this supposed SUPER HOST .....

Beautiful location right on waters edge. Three apartments for holiday rentals, Penthouse, 3 Bed, and Studio. Two swimming pools and secure garaged parking.Building is under new management since September 2018, with current 5 star reviews on AirBnB.Unforgettable stays.

Highly recommended! Beautiful view, well kept, clean! Friendly staff! One of our best holidays ever! Will definitely do the Bali Bay experience again!

Not impressedThe apartment is just riddled with damp issues right throughout, floor strips missing and in serious need of maintenance.The kitchen and dishes felt dirty and we walked around barefoot and the floors black.Won’t be back to Bali Bay
