Had my first Helicopter experience, and it was great. Lovely service, amazing people working there, from the reception to the pilots. Flight felt safe the whole time, very nice to see the amazing top view of Cape Town. Definitely recommend it.

Not set up for big groups but friendly staff and flight was good fun

🚁🚁🚁 Awesome and stunning 18 minutes Atlantico flight launching from V&A Waterfront in Cape Town and spotted like the Cape Town Stadium, the beaches of Clifton, Camps Bay , the Twelve Apostles, Hout Bay and back via Kirstenbosch Botanical. Sjoe, Pilot Frederico did well. In addition some small unworked/unedited video clips, parts of the Atlantico flight

Unforgettable experience, amazing flight over Cape Town area, outstanding view, good explanations from the pilot, not scary in a very professional and safe heart, highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience some different angle.Cape Town, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, offers another layer of beauty and glamour beyond what you see every day.

A great ride. Its not along flight. However, you get to see seaport, table mountain the stadium,the surrounding mountains, and the harbour all from above at between 1000 to 2000 feet up. Dan the pilot was awesome. Well worth it.

My experience was really awesome and the staff treated us like 5 star clients

Our trip were booked for 2pm. Early that morning they call us and asked to postpone the trip till 4pm due to thick mist in the morning. Staff communicated well which impressed me. Upon arrival they knew who we were and we received a friendly welcome. After safety briefing and Covid forms we were ready. The pilot were excellent! Answer all our questions, gave a guided tour, entertain us with some swinging and turning. Done a very soft and safe landing. Well recommend!

Fantastic experience in the sky!We were warmly welcome at NAC. The staff is very polite and kind. We had a safety and security video before the flight. We did the 15 minutes tour and were able to see the beauty of the coast with its blue ocean. A glass of champagne to finalise the experience was perfect.

I had this arranged through African Travel, and was amazing! Glad I did it. Easy registration, and your out in less than 10 minutes after a short safety demonstration. Pilot was extremely knowledgeable about the area, and even showed us some of the highlights of Cape Town a couple times to get pictures from my camera.

Arguably the best way to see Cape Town. Wether you flying only to the 12 apostles and back or all the way around to cape point it is always special to fly in a helicopter and enjoy the spectacular views this city has to offer. Yes, yes and yes! If you ever have the opportunity to fly in a helicopter, book with NAC Helicopters 🚁 I found them to be highly professional, and the views of Cape Town in the air are spectacular! Please dont be offended when they weigh you when you arrive. They do so in order to position you on the chopper. Would definately love to go on again. ❤️

Of course, the miracle of flight is an amazing thing, and flying above this beautiful city was gorgeous. But pretty much everything else about our experience with NAC Helicopters was disappointing. The waiting room was a madhouse when we arrived, and it wasnt at all obvious how to check in. We waited a bit at one counter. When a staff member got free at the other counter, we went over, only to discover that we actually needed to be at the first counter. When we eventually got to the front of that line, they asked us to sit down and theyd come check us in in a few minutes. Which never happened. We went back to the line and finally got checked in. In general, what to do and where to be was unclear.Our flight started more than 20 after its scheduled departure time. Then, they gave us the wrong flight. (Wed booked a Three Bays Tour but got a Hopper Tour. Its possible that this was the mistake of the travel desk at the hotel but NAC didnt have procedures in place to confirm the flight with us directly, even as we were in their waiting room for over an hour.)Again, being in a helicopter is delightful and lovely, but the rest of the experience was highly disappointing.

Best way to view Cape town from the top. This was our first experience sitting in helicopter. Overall the staff and the ride was awesome. The only thing is its not recommended for 6 people inside the plan. Of the 3 person sitting at the back, one person has to sit in middle and hence the view is lost. It should be only for people sitting near the windows. Best view is for the person who sits in the front.
