This is a 6 out of 5 experience. Nothing can really prepare you for just how amazing this is.The Huey is in great condition and if you are there a little early, you will get to watch them wheel it out and remove some of the doors, because doors restrict your view.For the flight itself, it will start like any other sight seeing tour, taking off and going up the coast. You will be at ease thinking, yeh this is nice until suddenly a sharp bank. Everyone Im the chopper jumped and grabbed on. From there things only got better.It felt like everything you dreamed of doing gets done, from sharp turns over the water, popping up from behind a hill, flying low to the tree line (we even got lucky enough to see some bok running during this part), weaving between trees, bouncing along a 4x4 trail, to flying between the swells in the sea. We were low enough to almost make out faces from people walking.One of the highlights for me was a sharp turn over the ground with the distinctive whoop whoop noise coming through the chopper.Special call out to our pilot Kevin. Some amazing flying that I will never forget.

We originally booked the Huey helicopter flight months ahead. When we came down for the flight it turned out they couldnt get enough people on the flight. If we still wanted to do the flight we had to pay for the empty seats. We were not going to do this because the flight in itself was pretty expensive to begin with. Eventually we agreed on a Tour with a regular helicopter as an alternative, which was a great experience!

The most amazing helicopter experience ever! The pilots know what they where doing! I will definitely recommend! If you in Cape Town it is a must do!

One of my highlights during my stay in South Africa. Its so cool to fly in a real Huey helicopter, just unreal. Very friendly and professional staff!

Expensive, but worth every $. We had a fantastic time in the helicopter; would do it all over again in a heart beat.

The activity lasts about fifteen minutes. Huey type helicopters of the kind used in Vietnam. very comfortable, we go around the bay of the cape. Magnificent view of Table Mountain, Signal Hill, The Lion Head and all of Cape Town. The activity ended with a generous glass of champagne from South Africa. We were 4 passengers on board
