Quite disgusted by the customer service received. I walked around the store and nobody out of each staff member saw to me. A petite tall young lady too presented a rather foul attitude towards my wife as she too had been in the store shortly before myself. Is it the customer’s duty to run after staff when entering a store or is it the staff’s duty to secure a sale with a customer using the necessary skills to assist and guide them? Please, customer service and staff’s attitude plays a great role in terms of the overall experience in store.

Great place to stock up your health and wellness goodies. I started shopping there since lockdown and its the only place where I source my very essential Astragalus supplements, made from Chinese herbs. They have since introduced me to Chaga, Macha, bone broth powder and fermented tea. Theres a wide variety of supplies and very knowledgeable staff.

Once again, The Waterfront, Watershed does not disappoint, but once again, I went as a Window Shopper , I couldnt afford anything. Sorry once again I just wanted to ask why you dont have a QR reader for Alipay payments, because I received, for doing this review, QR codes for Alipay?

So many healthy options to choose from - makes me so excited! Even healthy & dairy free ice cream available. Also love that they sell protein powder in little sachets. Ive never had any problems when visiting this store - always super helpful & friendly staff.

Caught myself sucking in my tummy while walking around - trying to appear healthy. Nice selection of freshly juiced fruit and vegetables, smoothies and shots as well as hot drinks. Im currently drinking the Superfood blend. It tastes... Healthy. My hangover does seem to be lessening (but its more likely the placebo effect or because Im distracting myself by trying to get Goji Berry seeds out from between my teeth). Recommend to hippies and health enthusiasts.

Shots are not pressed whenever ordered. They have a giant 2L PET bottle full of ginger juice... kind disgusting.
