I have been shopping at Wellness in Paddocks for over 2 years and we have now moved, so the closest one is in Plattekloof. Today I had the greatest experience with Cathleen who works at Wellness Plattekloof. She took so much time chatting to me with regards to what the best options could be for me and then went the extra mile to write it all down along with prices so I could compare and work it out at home. It was the best customer care I have had in a long while and I am thoroughly grateful. One of the ladies even helped me carry the waters to my car as I wasn’t able to do it alone! Incredible staff team!!

My Health comes first - Staff are very knowledgeable

I visited plattekloof store yesterday 17 May, around 16:45 and purchased a few items. I was having problems with my debit card but was sorted out by Ashley, who was very patient as the store was very busy. I left a parcel behind, contacted the store this morning, spoke to Ashley, who tried to phone me using my contact number off the slip. She kept my parcel, checking to see that there wasnt anything needing to be kept in the fridge overnight. I usually enjoy shopping at this Wellness store and store attendants are usually helpful. This morning, however, the attendant was not very friendly. In fact, she seemed quite annoyed when I suggested that it be mentioned before the customer buy the wellness plastic bag, that all her bags were breaking. While bags are cheap, I reserve the right to know that the article is defective before I purchase it.What concerns me is that, knowing I was a regular customer did not encourage better treatment, instead she seemed more interested in helping others in the store. In my opinion, if I am purchasing from your store, I deserve to be treated with the same regard and attention as anyone else in the store at that time or I would be better shopping elsewhere.It is a shame that this one attendant has made this store a less desirable outlet for me.

Even though this store is small, it is always well stocked. There is an older, Caucasian lady (dont know her name) who is always miserable when serving us at the till. Weve been going there regularly for the past couple months and there hasnt been a single time where she greeted us or smiled. Shes just always miserable in every experience weve had with her. On the flip side, all the other store assistants are so kind, beaming and radiant and make us feel very welcome in the store. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. Its because of them and their good stock that we keep going back!
