Always a warm welcome as you enter, and customer relation is amazing - the security guard at Clicks Plattekloof is phenomenal. Staff are always so caring, helpful and customer centric. Especially the Gent cashier with his bubbly personality, care with a smile. The manager solves product disputes and returns without delay, efficiently and effective! Never crowded. Only lacking a pharmacy and clinic. However, if thats what is keeping crowds away from this GEM of a Clicks branch, then certainly can do without it :)

This review is not aimed at this specific store but at Clicks Click&Collect service. First time user - I imagined we would place the order (having confirmed in-stocks according to the app) and then within a day, be in a position to collect the order at the store.However once the order was placed we found out that the order was picked at the DC in Johannesburg and was collected by a courier. Once the courier collects, 3 working days until delivery to the store.So we placed the order on Thursday morning, the parcel was collected by by the courier late on Friday night, it is now Saturday, Im assuming not a work day. When will I be able to collect my parcel? Tuesday? Not a sensible service at all!

May 21st . Back again to buy shaving foam . Only one other customer in the whole store ! Wonderful .Excellent service from the greeter to the check out guy via the in store helpful assistants. Impossible to complain .

Absolutely love clicks platterkloof. Even tho this is a smaller clicks they have almost everything you need and if its not there and you buy it regularly they will source it for you. Staff are really friendly and always helpful in assisting. They make sure you get all the specials thats due and take time to go the extra mile. Absolute pleasure shopping there

Absolutely happy with the service I received at this store. I unfortunately did not get the lady who assisted me name. I would have loved to do a public thank you. Hopefully she reads this.On Sunday I realised I was out of the Blink Total Care contact solution and drove to various Clicks, Diskem stores and pharmacies near me. None had.I feared that I woukd not find this, which would mean that I woukd not be able to wear my hard contact lense, thus not beibg able to drive.All this is happening while ny father was being rushed to the hospital.My nerves were all over the place.Finally I decided to stop and just start calling stores. I called a few clicks stores, all of whom did not hav ethis solution, I asked them if they cn check on their system which store has. All of these Clicks stores told me no they couldnt. All expect the Platterkloof branch. I unfortunately dont know the amazing lady who assisted me with callingthe other stores and finally got back to me saying that Richmond Clicks has two bottles in stire and that I should ask for a Darnelle. (apologies if I spelt your name incorrectly)Thanx to this lady and Darnelle who went over and beyond the call of duty to assist me,I was able to drive back home and drop things off for my dad who was later kept in hspital for 5 days and even underwent an emergency operation.If not for them I wouldnt have been able to be there for my father.Thank you soo much.On a side note. The clicks store is amazig. Spacious enough to breath ur own air hahahahaha, social distancing signs, and sanitising station when entering. Plastic dividers at check out counters. Love it. Friendly staff 😊❤️
