Went to get self medication for really bad lower back pain. Assisted by Marose Daniels who was extremely helpful and gave me the cost effective medication I needed. Took medication and 2 hrs later felt substantial relief. Very friendly and helpful, hope I can find her next time I have an issue I need to treat

Just got off the phone with the Clicks Pharmacy now. THE most helpful pharmacy so far out off all other clicks pharmacies!! With very friendly staff that make you feel welcome and at ease.The young lady which I spoke to now sorted me out chop chop, after the Clicks Parklands JUNK/Junction pharmacy simply told me they couldnt/wouldnt help me and that I had to come in to the store to be helped.So remember, JUNCtion Clicks = JUNK.INTERCARE Clicks pharmacy = AWESOME!

Staff needs to learn how to speak to customers.Rude staff.

Okuhle Mlanjeni gave me such great service. She was patient with me as I was undecided on a particular item. Was even helping me reach a decision. With that attitude, you will go far girl. Big ups to you.

The SLOWEST service in the world! Surely they would have tried to improve this by now just by seeing how many people have complained about this exact thing. Staff are friendly at least!

Perscription terminals helped extremely slowly. 25 min no movement on 3 tills. Pharmacists dissapears not to be seen for 5 to 10 min at a time. This is a 4th visit with the same slow/no service

This Clicks pharmacy is undoubtedly THE slowest in the whole of Cape town. Once they disappear to the back, you can easily stand there and wait for at least 8minutes. Do you guys need a new printer, or what exactly is happening there?

Please check your change when paying cash in this store. There are honest mistakes, but when the manager offers a voucher in place of your cash that is owed, that screams you know you are wrong. Unfortunately I wont use this Clicks again.

There is a guy who follows shoppers around inside the store. He might be checking for shop lifters but it doesnt seem to be a good idea because one doesnt feel safe while shopping. Definitely wouldnt recommend. The ladies at the till are amazing.

Total professionalism in every aspect!

Waiting times in the pharmacy are unacceptable. When you have 6 people waiting and 2 serving it can take 30 mins to get a simple script. More disturbing is how it seems up to the discretion of the person serving you as to whether your goods are locked in a “cage” to get to the till or whether you’re trusted to go to the till and pay! Many other pharmacies in the area with much better service!

Awful service! Really disappointed and dissatisfied with Clicks Parklands. Would rather drive 2km further and go the Clicks West Coast Village in future.

Every time I collect my script there is ALWAYS short. Please people count your tablets before you leave.

Clicks has what they think is a system that informs you when your prescription is ready. Well. Sometimes they do Often they dont Their excuses range from funny to pathetic. Calling them and requesting to speak to a pharmacist has proven to be a waste of time.Way not to go Klicks with a capital K.

Well stocked and clean. Prescriptions can take some time like in any pharmacy.

Nice shop with efficient staff, well stocked. Parking is just a little confusing.
