Went for my covid vaccine and the staff was good to me chatting and got the assistance i needed

Absolutely disgusted by Clicks Paddocks. Not only did I wait over 40 minutes in a queue to collect a script my doctor emailed them (which he has done many times) but the pharmacist could not find the email. Even me showing him I was copied in on the email sent. Even confirmed the email address. Had to advise him to check the spam folder, just in case. Still no luck. The whole event took just shy of an hour to no avail. This is also not the 1st time the Pharmacy takes forever to work through customers. Many customers in my area also complain about the lengthy waits. Never again will I shop at @clicks paddocks. What an absolute waste of time. You cant even post on their wall, or message them directly with any complaints, hence my rant here. Goodbye clicks #goodriddance

Sad that this is the closest pharmacy to me. Still quicker to drive to Ascot Pharmacy (6km away) than stand in the line at Clicks (2km away)... The lines are ALWAYS long. Staff are friendly, but just too few pharmacists.

I used the Clicks booking site for my Covid19 vaccine. They sent me three confirmation smses reminding me to be there 15 minutes before my slot. Upon arrival a whole 30 mins before- I was told they cannot give me the vaccine because the nurse is not in. Even though I booked. I explained I had a booking but apparently that meant nothing. They decided that noones booking would be fulfilled for the day at 8am. My booking was at 14:40. No phone call to say they arent doing the vaccines- no communication. No respect for the customers who booked. Appaling service.

I cannot begin to list all the complaints that I have as it will take far too long.The worst dispensary EVER.What I cannot understand is why all complaints fall on deaf ears?Maybe its the fact that there is no other pharmacy in the vicinity and we use this one as its the only one available?

Super slow. Didnt claim medication from medical aid. Utterly useless

Not even worth 1 star rating.... Today your systems were off line but you cant even think of a way to assist your clients till the system went back on... First time I see a pharmacy that totally relies on technicians to sort out a problem instead of taking down nrs and names and items taken from pharmacy... And moving it out of stock later.... I needed 2 asthma pumps for my partner but you refused to assist because you are not forward thinkers... Pathetic..

This place is very very slow. 7 tills but only 3 open. Been waiting in the Q for +- 25 min before being helped

Very helpful. I called for the clinic and the phone just rang for a while but then someone in the store answered and advised that the nurse was just busy, but she took my contact details to give to her. The sister on duty called me back in half an hour. Good, quick service.

Waiting periods can be very long at the pharmacy..Waited more than 45 minutes today for a prescription.Staff was friendly and helpful but overworked.if it wasnt for the friendly staff would.only get 1 star.

This must be the worst clicks pharmacy by a mile. Service is nonexistent. Long queues with no pharmacist even making an effort to assist. All standing at the back. Very disappointed as the pharmacy is around the corner from where I stay. Not the first time such horrific service is received here.

50 minutes in the queue to get served at the pharmacy section. One of the pharmacists spent 15 minutes folding a pile of empty boxes then took them away instead of serving customers. Zero urgency and zero customer service. 3 Staff in the store walking around with their masks not covering their nose.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The Pharmacy service is disgusting and made my girlfriend wait for over 30minutes after her ticket was called.

BE AWARE:I bought an item off the shelf that was on special for R86.99 . I went to the dispensary so that they could put it through my medical savings. At the time I didnt look at the paperwork as I didnt have to pay anything. I later saw that I had been charged R94.14 (not R86.99) + R29.23 dispensing fee, so the item cost me R123.37, not R86.99 . When I queried it, my attention was directed to some advertising poster on which the small print mentions that you dont get a discounted price if you put it through medical aid.At no time was this mentioned to me. There was also no reason for me to look at what is printed on that poster as that meds had nothing to do with what I was purchasing.And so these things just happen without our consent or without our even being made aware of it.

I truthfully wish this place would close down so that a functioning pharmacy could takes its place. I have never had an experience above absolutely shocking. The makeup person is knowledgeable and helpful, but the pharmacy is to be avoided at all costs. I drive way out of my way to Dischem now just so I dont have to deal with them.

No communications at all when it comes to informing me how long I still have left on my 6 month prescription. The worst thing possible is when you arrive there and you are told that your prescription has expired and no one even bothered to inform you that you are on your last month. Especially annoying if you are in dire need of your meds.....

Every time i chance going to clicks at paddocks self medicated que you stand for 20 before the next person in line gets served . every other clicks canal walk ,athlone, tokai and many more i go to are so quick. Guess paddocks uses a different system or they just slow

Stay away from this clicks at all costs. It is honestly one of the worst clicks Ive been to when it comes to wait time. On a Saturday youre lucky if there are 2 tellers working and you can expect lots of queueing for the understaffed tills. For basics just go to spar, where they dont make you wait 10 minutes in a line to spend your money.The other reviews of this store have similar issues and the waits are not a once off experience. Theyre almost standard.To add to this the next visit was even worse. The pharmacy has no organised line and even you are in the front of the line youre unlikely to get helped. So prepare to wait a long time for any assistance.

Please update your trading hours... very frustrating when you check and now I’m standing outside a closed clicks... only opens at 9am on Wednesdays!!!!

The dispensary never has the medication I’m looking for.

After a long plane ride into Cape Town, I developed heart burn and as soon as I landed, I needed to get some medicine for my stomach. Went into Clicks got some Gaviscon for my stomach and realised I needed so toiletries, reading glasses, pain killers, ear buds and my shaving stuff.They have a well stocked and organized shop and the staff were very polite, helpful and professional.

As I was walkin down the aisle I heard Janet Jackson singing with a smile. No kidding, I have this store to thank for helping me discover Janet Jacksons song Escapade! Also made some good purchases.

Most of the staff friendly, but this place a ridiculously slow any time of the day. Usually just one person to help Qs 5 people deep on both prescription and self-medication. They really need a better system.

Shocking service they dont answer their phone and when they do they leave you on hold for 20mins. Dont send SMS when chronic meds are ready always have to chase after them once meds have run out. Really disgraceful service.

This is clearly the no need for urgency clicks pharmacy, its ridiculous to think that there are elderly and ill people waiting for their meds and the phamarcists have no oemph to help customers to get on their way. They have also on more than one occasion marked the meds incorrectly, they will mark it with the medical aid main member name instead of the patients name

So much for closing at 8pm. Got there a few minutes before 8 and the doors were closed. Lady at the door rather sarcastically told me they were closed. Forget about me, I wont bother coming back ever again.

Unpleasant experience at dispensary side. The older male pharmacist is extremely unprofessional, abrupt and unpleasant. Seems to dislike his job and the fact that he needs to service people. Horrible experience on more than 1 occasion. Avoid like the plague. Would rather go to better alternatives in close proximity.

Its convenient, but the pharmacy dispensary is ALWAYS sloooow. Im seeing more and more people complain about it. Hey, I find an alternative. Just saying... Not great if youre in a hurry :)

The slowest Clicks in existence !! Four pharmacist behind tills. But two of them refuses to help people they entering stock / prescriptions for people thats not even there.... Wish there was an alternative near paddocks ! Every month same story !!! I hate going there to fetch my chronic medicine every month.

Although some staff members are friendly, the general experience is disappointing. Long waiting times and too many bad experiences unfortunately.

Was adviced on medication for my 3 month old, thats not recommended for children under 2 years. Waisted my money.

Never answers the phone

Prices of items on the shelf do not correspond to the price at the till. Bought a product that was marked at R170 but got charged R189.99. This has happened on several occasions. You must always check your slip as you could be charged more!!

This is the most useless Clicks Ive ever encountered. They didnt have stock of my prescription on 8 Feb 2019 finally came in today after the pharmacist told me she would order - 2 weeks later and they still dont have stock - pathetic service 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
