This like my home, this where I get my toiletries and medications, is always a pleasure to be there.

Waited 30 mins after the nurse emerged from the room another person was seen and I was told by her, “we running late, there is no system”. Once we finally got to see the nurse we were told we need to buy the vaccine from the pharmacy first. Utterly horrible service.

Racism is still rife here. I was in a queue for Covid-19 walk-in vaccines. The lady who was giving numbers looked at me, skipped and gave the number to some white lady behind me and told me that the numbers were finished.

Thank you Dillian for finding a solution and assisting me with my script this morning. Please give some advice to @ClickSableSquare on how costumer service works. Thanks again.

The service at Clicks pharmacy is the worst.

Staff is always ready to assist and they are very friendly

One of the good Clicks store - the store is relatively big and stocks a variety of the essential toiletries etc, as well sweets, healthy foods and a wide range of the beauty brands. There is usually a wait in the long line but it moves steadily.

Usually very well stocked and easy to navigate. Staff are always friendly and ready to help, would definitely recommend a visit when in need.The clinic is especially well run thanks to Sr. Zuki (special shoutout for the excellent bedside manner)

I cant remember the name of the lady who helped me at the pharmacy (middle aged African lady). She was absolutely lovely and helpful very professional and efficient. The fifth star is missing because the layout of the store is somewhat awkward between the checkout and the beverage fridges.

Shop is well stocked and tidy.Unfortunately I cant say the same about some of the staff members. I think management should try and give them crash courses about customer service.

I have called this store to make an booking with the clinic the whole week AMD the lady have told me that they are doing that I asked but then I called today and to only fine out that they cant help me tomorrow but when I called In she told me that its fine I can just come in to the store.I dont know the ladys name but this is not the way to do things as I was told that she can do it

Ive called thrice, phone does not get answered. Very disappointing.

Would just like to make it known that Cheryl (surname starts with a T), pharmacist assistant at Canal Walk is not professional in her duties. 12th April 5.45pm I showed her my script on email which I knew I would have to email to the pharmacy. Her reply was she will ask her colleague to assist (who was busy with another customer) because emails take long to come through and her shift ends at 6pm. She further stated that she does not get paid overtime if she assist customers after 6pm. I was left standing in front of her counter waiting to see her colleague while she did nothing (she could have got my medication ready in the mean time). She decided to check for the email and it was there but still said the process will take long so her colleague will assist. (I could also see her colleague, a black female who’s name I unfortunately did not get, was also getting annoyed with her for not doing her job which is rightfully so! Eventually Cheryl decides to proceed with my script at 6.50pm. As she was busy on the computer I told her she must also charge my medical aid for a probiotic. She then said her colleague can do that. This is when I got frustrated. I asked her why can’t SHE do it as she is doing the script. She said because that is a separate transaction which will take longer - she then looks at her watch and says “ok I have ten minutes”. She eventually gets everything done at 5.55pm. If she would have stopped yapping about her shift ending she could have been done even sooner because it literally was a 5min process! I feel sorry for her colleague who has to also deal with her nonsense!

Worse possible service ever. No customer service perso . Attitude is ag . Answer with a wait when asking a question. Going to dischem to do my medication shopping

Friendly staff. Clean shop , a veriety of products and often specials however Capetown is more expensive than Pretoria
