Bronwyn has been a dream to work with over the last 10 years. From day 1 I get professional and friendly service. She is very easy to contact and is very accommodating. She has been nothing but fantastic over the years. Highly recommend Bronwyn.

Bronwyn has been cutting my hair for 4 years now and i can say its always a friendly service starting with the smile at the door. Always able to fit an appointment in when needed. Bronwyn is easy to contact on whats app and make an appointment.

Disgustingly unprofessional! I was horrified by how rude the staff were to the clients there!

Customer service skills/communication skills are atrocious here. Unprofessional, they dont respect new clients, not punctual and my hair is basically the same after the appointment (with an unsatisfactory haphazard cut). Waited more than an hour to be attended to, for a less than mediocre rushed 30min service. Will not recommend them.
