I visited them on Thursday, 10 December 2020 and my appointment that I made the day before, had been scratched out in their book by mistake so they thought I had cancelled, however, they didnt make an issue of it at all and assisted me without delay.Very impressed with their service and so happy with my hair, done by Shanéy!
