Ive been going to Style Bar for about 7 years now, and Stef has always taken great care of my hair and kept me looking fresh and sharp. I cannot recommend them highly enough for the brilliant work Stef does, and for the professional and friendly service the whole team provides.

I felt the hair dresser was very ruff with my hair. So much pulling. My hair was highlighted way to light and felt she didn’t really listen to what I wanted. The product she used on my hair burned my scalp but didn’t seem to bother her. I kept on asking if it was normal to burn so much. My scalp was sore and sensitive for two days after.I wasn’t happy with the service or my hair.UPDATE:So in the end. When I went to my new hair dresser she pointed out that my hair was two different colours. My left side was a different colour than my right.They also sold me the incorrect shampoo. I required sulfate free. Now my Keratan treatment has been stripped too.I had to pay R4000 + R1200 + the price for the hair and shampoo.Then in the end had to spend money on an amazing hair dresser that could actually fix my hair.They are so over priced and inexperience.

Been here 3 times and had 3 incredible haircuts. The staff are really excellent. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and the stylists are so good at giving you exactly the haircut you want.

I wish I could give Cindy at Style Bar Palmyra more than 5 stars. She is what I refer to as a designer hair stylist extraordinaire. Cindy has been doing my colour and cuts for years and never fails to keep me within my comfort zone while being contemporary. She recently introduced me to easihairpro. Well, I’m blown away. I never thought I would be sporting a mane, a mane to rival Shakira. It’s easy to live with and always looks so stylish. I am very pleased with the new addition to my life and look. Went with my hair already washed on purpose but the stylist rewashed it even though I told her! How is that for saving water? ! Plus my hair is too delicate to be washed twice in an hour so I was not happy. Maybe its their way of charging extra for the wash I never wanted. Never going back!

My boyfriend and I honestly can not express enough how much we love this place from the service to the friendliness of the staff. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great hair! Stef works wonders on us and we will always return!

So I rocked up at Style Bar with me hair looking like a meds!!! My hair was in such a bad state that I was actually considering shaving it and letting it grow out again... But to my surprise Stef had managed to perform the impossible.... Asked to cut 2cm off and they cut about 10cm off. Rushed me in and out in 10 minutes. Very disappointed. Will not be going back.

Absolutely love coming to this place. Its always such a treat to be greeted by friendly staff and pampered with a head massage while my hair is washed. Stef always does a great job and goes the extra mile with my styling. I was super nervous about colouring my hair for the first time but took the leap of faith. Stef did a balayage that was so subtle (as I requested) that everyone keeps commenting on how lovely my natural hair colour is.

I live almost 3 hours away, but Ill drive all the way just to get my hair done by Stef!!Always happy with the outcome, absolute best hair stylist ever.

Highly recommended indeed! Convenient, wonderful service, patient and the best head massages. I have been going to Stef since he arrived and enjoy not only the excellent service and styling but also enjoyable conversation. He has been brilliant with all my demands, hair texture and colour and now as I plan to transition to grey (oh goodness) has been guiding through this period! Love Stylebar and highly recommend Stef! (Also been to Sindi and Wandi before he arrived, also wonderful).

I needed to buy a shampoo that i know they sell. I realised this at 4:35pm, and called to confirm that they would be open just before 5pm when i would get there. They assured me they would. I literally got back into my clothes and drove there. Got there at 4:50pm and they were closed. Shockingly mean.
