Had full head of highlights done. Came out yellow. Went back the next day for alternate toner. Still yellow. Went back 2 weeks and although slightly better, it was still yellow. Hair is dry and damaged now. Struggling to fix the mess

Super friendly staff. I had badly damaged hair. The hair stylists guided me and helped me every step of the way to get my hair back to its natural health (unlike other hair salons that would have chopped off all my hair) . They understand that your hair can make or break your image. I would trust them with my life!

Staff is friendly. I had a gents hair cut, paid for a cut and wash, but they didnt wash my hair, nor offered to wash it. Quality of the haircut was poor, they appear to have difficulty cutting gents hair thats slightly coarse.Response: Im not sure what her name was. She had very short blonde hair, and she said she had only been there for two months
