The staff are very good at what they do but I will never trust them again. As I stated on their site, I purchased an expensive hair extension but found out that it does not go well with my naturally curly hair. Something that the hairdresser was supposed to know. A few days later I returned, not being able to use it at all but I was so surprised at the unfriendly response I received from them. I will never return to that salon
