The first time I visited the blow dry bar and had the stylist tell me that blow drying hurts her hands.Second time, I opted for a stylist (Jade), who not only did not wash my hair correctly, she rushed me out the chair as her regular came. My hair was not sectioned correctly and my moisture treatment left my hair dry.I usually love carlton, but this branch is unprofessional and does not deliver the Carltoj standard.

Carlton Hair is not a trusted salon from my experience. I had the most horrible experience at Carlton Cavendish even though the Senior stylist, Expert and Manager worked on my hair. I gave them specific instructions of what I wanted but they completely messed up the style and colour and damaged my hair thoroughly in the process. I had long and healthy hair and I am now having to spend a fortune to try and fix the mess they did. I spent almost 13 hours in that salon on 2 consecutive weekends for them to fix it but the damage was done and they were incapable and incompetent to do the job right. Please, avoid - not to be trusted, totally useless and utterly disappointing.

Great salon. Offers Manis in chair whilst getting hair done. Also offers eye candy eyebrow services. Can all really be done with a cut and blow dry in an hour!

1t experience, I was recommended so I really disappointed. Staff dont smile and are not friendly. I forgot my daughters reading book there and when I went back it was gone. They suppose to offer you a beverage that didnt happen either.

Very nice place, but really not satisfied with my hair. To pay so much for a stylist and to say what you want and to come home to see how horribly wrong it turned out.

I had come into the salon after having a horrendous experience at a different salon earlier in the day. The lovely women at Carlton sat me down straight away after I had explained I needed my hair fixed as sson as possible, and I was left in the hands of Jay, who was amazing! She & her team helped to give me exactly what I wanted and fixed the previous stylists mistakes to the best of their ability. Great service and extremely accommodating team! Thank you so much!

I went for a haircut with my 2 boys and we all had the worst haircut in years. The stylists were all learning or just not interested. Either way a total waist of money and all of us had to go to other salons to fix the mess!Just do not even go as they do not deserve your business

I also wont be back to have my hair cut at Carlton Hair Cavendish, so unhappy with my hair cut by a Master Hair Stylist, so unbalanced, just wish the hair stylist would listen to what you want and not try to do what they want!! I was unhappy the minute i walked out, i didnt want such a short hair cut, now have to wet my hair every morning to get rid o the hat on top of my head!!!!! The thing is you know you are going to pay a fair amount for your hair but to be unhappy is unacceptable!! So sorry i went to Cavendish but Constantia was under renovation!!

Was Extremely disappointed with my color. I did not go back to have it corrected as I did not wanna risk damaging my hair any further. My roots were way too bright. Utterly disappointed. Not a good experience. Blow dry was average color was very disappointing. Carlton’s standard has definitely dropped to below average.

Very Friendly, good atmosphere. Not happy with my haircut, wasnt really what I wanted. Had to go back because it was very lopsided and uneven. Might go back will try a different stylist though.

Worst hair salon ever. My hairdresser was extremely rude, she burnt me a couple times with the flat iron and worst of all, she didn’t check whether I wanted that hairstyle and I specifically told her that I wanted my fringe long but Totally ignored me and sliced away. 10000% I will never come back never ever. I don’t recommend this place not even to a bald person.

Would not recommend. I went and got my hair blow dryed and flat ironed and one day later it was curly again. It was terribly done and they pulled my hair and it hurt. They burnt my roots aswell and I definitely would not reccomend. I was very upset and it was a waste of my money!!!!

Love the ladies at Carlton Cavendish. Pascaline knows her stuff, Jade always makes me laugh, Terry and Alycia are so friendly and readily greets my family and I. Jessica and Mia always give my boys great service and the best haircuts....

I purchased a Corioliss C3 about 7 months ago and started noticing rust on the plates. I then made contact with Carlton to notify them regarding the defective product.Terri assisted me throughout the entire process and she was absolutely amazing. She resolved my query timeously and constantly kept me updated with feedback and within a week I received a brand new Corioliss C3. Excellent customer service!
