Carlton hair has taken on a different culture. The culture 15 years ago was more of a personal nature. I walked into Carlton hair in Tokai and I did not receive a warm greeting. I felt that there were 3 stylist fighting over a client (which is me) in front of me. They were hovering around having discussions. I observed them, this was my first time at this branch. Sicily was nice. I asked her if she was confident to do my hair and she confirmed that she was. This whole back and forth in the beginning made me question myself.Anyway, I was happy with Sicilys work and will definitely go back to her. I made my appointment Sunday morning for same day. Well done Sicily.

Best hairdresser Ive ever been to! Friendly staff , they even give you something to drink. They have never burnt me once. Never going to a different hairdresser !!! Love them

Rude and friendly staff... Tried to make an appointment but changed my mind... They made me feel like I was doing them one hell of a favour....

Not a very good experience with the woman at the desk, asked her about potential ideas for my hair and all I got was negativity and that I shouldnt do it. She basically walked away and ended the conversation, really poor service. I understand some things may not work for specific hair but then you need to know what will work, and suggest that instead.

Very nice service and when my hair got washed it was a lovely head massage aswel although they do need to clean their air ducts and ceilings

The staff really went out of there way to make my request heard and followed through with providing a treatment for my wife and made it special

The service was good but some instructions were ignored, although when pointed out they did correct it.

I was very happy with the result, especially the colour, thank you to the stylist Dee.In general the experience was not nice though. The salon is extremely noisy and crowded. I was asked to sit in different places all the time. A discount I was promised when I booked my appointment a week earlier was no longer available. Sales are quite pushy (extra treatments, additional purchases at the till) and made me feel uncomfortable.
