Ooooohhh God the girls there are great!!!! Their customer service is impeccable. Precious did my lash extensions, Tiffany did my beautiful tinted eyebrows man they came out excellent. Miss Lydia dud my excellent nails pictured below! I also bought one of their Bob fringe Wigs! The hair is excellent, no shedding, it looks beautiful. I received very beautiful customer service from all the ladies there. That is something very rare here in the salons in Cape Town. Will definitely be back! Plus their prices are quite reasonable honestly speaking. keep up the good work ladies. Love it!♥️

The service is okay can be better, I felt there was a lot of miscommunication between me and my nail tech. The color variety was too few for my liking. And the prices are quite a bit high also for their services . But i like how they offer a number of services from braiding, nails, lashes and weaves. I would recommend it if youre searching for a black hair salon

This hair salon is a hit and miss. The owner is always welcoming and professional but her stylists are sometimes capable and have good customer service and sometimes youre unlucky to get one that doesnt really know what theyre doing and couldnt care less. Although there is plenty of room for improvement it is one of the better hair salons that serve people with ethnic hair in the Southern Suburbs. There is really a market for good quality and affordable hair care. Some competition would most probably make a lot of the existing places better.

This place is absolutely terrible.They take no care in how you feel at all.If you have a sensitive scalp and your hair hurts if not well taken care of, then don’t go to this place at all.If I could I wouldn’t give them any stars.WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

Terrible service. Got there at 8:30 AM, no-one was there. When they finally arrived, I had to wait an hour for them to start doing my hair. Wouldnt recommend it.

My mother and I visited Cape Hair City to buy ourselves some wigs. After I was assisted the girl went to help another client and no one came to help my mother, where there was five gals standing at the back mumbling its not their turn. Very disappointing.
