Super experience! I went to the salon Blonde to correct my color and become platinum blonde. I had a warm and very professional experience. Dani took the time to listen to me, to inform me about the correction of my color, about the state of my hair and to explain to me the progress of the procedure. Dani took very seriously my well-being, a perfectionist professional for whom every detail has all its importance in the final result. The salon is a very clean place with a decor that inspires relaxation. The music is good and not too loud. Everything was very good and smooth: washing, styling, the process of discoloration, cutting, the head massage (a marvel), drying and shaping. Dani is passionate about her work and you can see it.

A R1200 cost for a very bad hair cut and half head of colour. I asked the hairdresser for the owners contact details but was refused. Asked for the owner to get in contact with me but Im still waiting. I suspect she didnt get the message. Hoping this review will jolt some action.

Very disappointed. Stylist rushed consult and didnt listen to me about my desired cool/ash blonde, looks more gold than it did when I went in! Hated it the minute it was dried. She was too busy to even come to my chair to talk about it. When I phoned later in the afternoon because I was so displeased, she told me it wasnt a blonde enough level to tone in the first place... then why did she DO it and charge me over 700R!

Horrible experience at this salon. Emailed the salon to resolve my issue twice and to date not even a response. I had to go elsewhere to have my messed up hair corrected. 100% would not recommend.
