My experience at this specific branch has been really positive. They staff is sooo friendly. I took over a friends contract and I thought it was going to be a whole process. They did it so quickly and with such a friendly attitude, I cant give them anything but a super positive review.The trainers are always very helpful.I started gyming here when I was really unfit and over weight. They made me feel so welcome and even now after being more fit and doing well with the excercise I feel like Im part of the family.The equipment is great and theres usually enough (in saying that I should state that I gym in the afternoons between 3-4 when its quiet).

This was a ladies gym and still has the same old equipment, benches in the weight area are not meant for heavy lifting. Some of the other equipment is also looking tired, worn out, slack cables. Only one squat rack!Recently some of the staff were standing around the front desk, swearing, shouting, even sitting on the floor. Terrible first impression and very distracting when trying to focus. They are there to help us, not be a nuisance.

Ive got a super club membership and so does my entire family. And willowbridge is by far the best gym Ive been to. Very clean and always well maintained. Not a spec of dust anywhere

This gym has a criminal accounting department.They wrongfully increased my debit amounts with no communication on more than one account.I then reached out and explained there had been a mistake, not a single reply was sent. I then blocked the debit and sent an email to the finance department to explain.No reply.Two years down the line and Ive received notification from a debt collector.Since then I have reached out to the accounting department multiple times and they replay until I include previous mails and documentation.As soon as I give proof of the correspondence and the fact they broke contract twice, they stop responding.The sum isnt even significant, I could pay it in a heartbeat, but Im not going to.I am a week from getting a lawyer involved.

Small enough to avoid the normal gym rushes and overcrowding. Big enough to care even for my special needs.

Their air conditioning doesnt work. When I confronted the manager about maybe fixing the aircon they treated me with disrespect and dismissively ignored my request, saying their air conditioning works 100%. They have very bad communication and wont reply to your complaint form(on their website). They dont seem to really want to be the best gym (Which they arent)

Have been at the gym for more than 5 years now. Will always prefer it over the bigger brands. They are definitely smaller but it makes it more personal and the staff is always ready to help if you do have any questions or need some help with the equipment.Some of the equipment can do with an upgrade but overall they have all the basics you need to continue your training.

Best gym Ive ever been to. Its not really big and doesnt have your fancy equipment but it has everything you need. What I like about this gym is how friendly everyone can be here, staff and members. Its not one of those up tight gyms where going to it is a status symbol to some. Its down to earth and friendly. Might I add its the most affordable gym for medical and non medical aid members in the northern suburbs. One downside is that you have to pay for parking. But at the end of the month, Its still way cheaper than going to the fancy up tight gym up the road from them.Thank you willowbridge Zone Fitness.

Friendly staff, go out of their way to help you (but then they will talk you into a contract) non intimidating atmosphere. Great to go alone or with a friend. You dont wait long for machines. I canceled my membership because I work night shift and they dont have good hours on a weekend

Great gym! Clean and spacious bathrooms with a nice outward view on the treadmills and bicycles. It has some very nice fitness programs and all the machines are in good condition. It can get a little crowded at times but overall, a good gym experience I think.

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS BUSINESS. Many important clauses that the sales team brushes over and after your contract has expired they keep on billing your account and subtly increasing the payment until you cancel. After you cancel they still try and get money from you by sending threatening text messages involving lawyers etc... Honestly just save yourself the hassle and go to Virgin Active, at least the parking is free there...

For the monthly price you couldnt expect more. Sometimes the gym is too full. Otherwise the staff is nice. Just alot of broken equipment at regular intervals which is not cool.

Worst gym I ever attended in my 22 years of training. Not only is the equipment sub standard, but we were asked to leave when I helped someone. According to the clubs official rules only qualified Zone Fitness instructors are allowed to assist patrons at a cost.Whats worst is that none of them look as if they training a day in their lives

This gym is fine a bit small but they catter for my needs.the one problem I have the personal trainer joshua freeman I dont recommend him I havent tried the othes.joshua is quick to give his bank details for you to deposit money for sessions.he does not deliver he does not picth for the appointment .his service is poor .he does not stick to his word.I paid him for a 1 hour session .after ten minute of doing a few exercise he put u on a bicycle a says cycle for 15 minutes do I need a personal for that.his services is poor makes empty promises .stay away from him.he will just take your money.

Nice gym. But no swimming pool. Treadmills with outside view is quite good. Load shedding doesnt bothet their trading hours.

Great gym, great people, great price. I was sad that they didnt have a pool. Then I realised I was too ashamed of my body to use it anyway. Now Im no longer ashamed of my body, but Im sad again that they dont have a pool.

I liked this gym seeing as it was small enough to not feel over exposed while exercising, and I still got to use top of the line equipment. Some staff decided to assist me to work the machinesI did not like being on their call list long after I moved from the province and asked them repeatedly to remove my number.

Love it, just needs some newer stepping machines. But amazing everywhere else.

Rubbish staff members.. They are rude and sales consultant Chris Butcher is an extortionist. Before I took them to court, they brought me solutions for my dispute with them. They are bunch of punkers!! Virgin Active people told me that Zone Fitness staff members rarely get paid so they have to corrupt from customers.

Need to work on air-conditioning.
