What a beautiful gym set up this is, with perfect mountain scenery location & yet very poor customer service, if only the staff could be as nice as the gym & location.

Equipment always in use after 5pm. You have to go early in the morning to get a proper workout.

The manager Trevor Van Sittert always goes out of his way to greet us, always smiling and always engaging with us, he also attends to our queries and timeously provides us with feedback when needed. Thank you for being a kind human being Mr Van Sittert..Keep up the good work and soldier on!!!

Fairly well equipped Gym, spacious, clean (Capricorn) and reasonably priced. Pleasantly surprised to find my forgotten new item safely kept.

Honestly, spectacular gym for the amount you pay. They have every piece of equipment you need, although majority of the time you may need to wait to use equipment (especially dumbells). On the other hand the staff are extremely friendly. Great gym for a decent price

Gym gets a bit crowded at peak hours as with all other gyms. Perfect if you are retired or working from home and can go off peak hours. Yoga classes offered on 3 evenings per week and on Saturday mornings. They also offer Zumba classes. I would say if you live in the area and for the low gym fee it is value for money despite there being no pool.

Most of the equipment arent in working condition.Also, STAFF? THOSE AT THE FRONT DESK? They need to be replaced. No hospitality. Just hostility.

Great place for anybody wanting to just go and gym. Membership is not pricey at all, and the staff are always friendly towards newcomers and regulars alike. Recommended for all those who need to get a quick pump in before or after work.

The place wouldnt be the same without the private trainer Daiyaan...He is the best trainer I ever had around the world. If you need some getting you there, he definitely is your man.

I like the gym because I can do my own thing.Every body is nice and always helpful.

Large and spacious, machines are barely ever in super high demand meaning one can have a good workout without feeling guilty. Large bathroom space too. A non fuss gym for people who actually want to train, not just sauna ;) Classes could be increased and morning classes would be great.

There is a need to manage the super circuit as this is not presently happening. Members are not following the rules of the circuit and staff are not assisting in showing them what requirements are.

How much is the gym membership?

My family loves this place. I have signed on but have yet to start my fitness journey. Whitney from sales is a star but the admin staff are not competent and I had a lot of unnecessary grief because of their ignorance. Not sure if we will renew or go to Virgin Active.

Never any equipment available, weights get left lying around all over the gym without the members or staff packing them away, poor admin and poorly managed, 1 week at this gym was one week too much. Would rate 0 stars

Place is very comfortable and gymn equipment well organized

The equipment is cleaned regularly and there is always someone packing away equipment keeping floor in order. The locker room and shower does not smell like a sewer as my experience at other zone fitness. Staff acknowledges the clients greeting and willing to assist.

Average zone fitness outlet, been a members for a fee years, no changes pertaining to equipment and so forth but cheap contracts though.

Good service and very helpful.pleasant to use from 9 to 4 then starts to busy. Great for my recovery and to lift the spirit.

Definitely one of the best zone fitness gyms. Very big an up to date with equipment.

Been a member since they opened in August 2016. Trevor and his team have always resolved any issue Ive ever raised and Im still a happy member. I have however never used any of the machines and i only attend Zumba and Yoga.Updates and photos of special events held at this club is still not easily obtainable.I could do with a childminding service to use while Im gyming.

Very good gym , lots of equipment (not the most advanced) a lot of classes and a good energy in the place but very disorganised , staff arent knowlageable and every question you ask be extremely specific or youll be disappointted .
