I was only in Cape Town for a short amount of time (10 days) so I searched for Martial Arts in Cape Town, Impakt appeared, was a bit shy and felt out of place after walking in, after 15 minutes after getting strapped up and gloves on, I was having the time of my life, fun classes, sweating like never before but enjoyable, Great Claremont setting made experience made my experience even better!
