Very unhappy after 2 years of not hearing anything saying i owe them money2 years later get told ive been handed over to someplace cause i owe them money after ive paid up front and cancellation feeanyway to make money i suppose due to this place being pathetic and accounts department not knowing what they are doingi hearby declare that i will never ever suggest this place for anyone to come join or anything,terrible service and terrible place

Easy to sign up, impossible to cancel the contract. I took up a 12 month membership in 2019, paid for over 12 months and January of 2021 i sent a written request to cancel and they still want to debit my account until end of April. I still have the signed contract that says i have give a written notice to cancel of 2 weeks. They keep debiting my account with different reference numbers and amounts to confuse the bank and i keep reversing the debit orders since they are unauthorized and fraudulent. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

This gym is okay. Nothing great. Nothing terrible. Nothing special. Just ok.Biggest disappointment - no plate loaded gym equipment.

Today i wanted to stay on dat hill till sunset..it was set to know dat i myt not climb it again as im goin away 😔

Staff are always helpful and willing to assist with your training needs. Group classes are very welcoming and fitness instructors are always eager to help even the beginner.

My basic needs are fulfilled, great gym not over crowded can excersize in peace, wish they had Assault Air bikes that would make it a perfect five!

Fantastic. The window in the front makes a person sweat more in summer time which is a bonus!

One of the better managed ZF gyms. Weights are returned to their racks, dumbbells are organised by weight, etc. The changing rooms are kept neat and clean. I only use 3 ZF clubs but this one is the best by a mile.

Friendly staff, clean and well maintained. Can get a bit crowded in the evening.Exercise class times are a bit inconvenient - all being mostly on 2 days and times overlapping.The gym can do with a coffee / smoothy bar where one can socialize a bit.The only real thing that I am really missing at this gym is a swimming pool other than that it does the job for me at a low cost.

Got all the basics you need.

Pretty good gym. Doesnt have a lot of workout options. There are a lot of things in need of repair. The last couple of weeks the place has been packed and you struggle to find space to exercise or get any open benches or machines. The staff is a little layed back. The coordination of the gym is a little weak, you have spinning classes, yoga classes and workout classes all happening at once, so very few people have space to work on their daily exercise.

Has more than enough body building equipment. Could up in the fighting department(get some different punching bags and invest in some speed balls only has on large bag)

Its a nice looking gym and all but there is one thing that i unfortunately have to criticize them on. They for some reason only have 1 squat rack. The squat rack is probably one of the most used items at any gym and they think that 1 is enough, especially now that a lot of people that used to gym at the durbanville zone came over to kraaifontein after they closed down. I go to gym Mondays to Fridays between 5 and 7 and most days when i get there to squat and the rack is being used. I would think that who ever sets up their gyms would know what machines are the most popular and make sure they have enough of those machines. Other than that its a great gym.

Do not join Zone Fitness unless you want a lifetime membership. Much easier to climb Everest than to cancel membership.These guys give me such a headache. 😭😭😭

Airconditioned environment that is trying hard to keep me cool while I work out.Plenty of machines and equipment.The gym could do with a coffee/snack bar/rest area where one can chill a bit after workout and before going home.

I suppose because they only opened a few days ago.so equipment not working and members not cleaning after they done using equipment..was there on thursday and they have someone telling members to sanitise after they done ..some members still dont have common sense and clean when they done .

Most staff are friendly but the old man that works there has terrible customer service. I asked him if the gym provides personal trainers and he said in a very rude manner that he doesnt know i must ask myself.
