I recently reported an issue with my unit (which I think I caused by storing the unit with a punctured CO2 cartridge!)... what followed was the best service from any company I ever experienced in my life. Well done for the supper quick and efficient response and keeping me in the loop the entire time (thank you Jarryd!). It was service simply out of this world!

Terrible company with extremely poor customer service. Placed order over five months ago and still received nothing. Customer service only online and just gives you the runaround. They’re quick to take your money and that’s where it stops. Go elsewhere for your self-defense options.

Took 2 weeks to arrive. But I was informed about the wait time. Jarryd responded to my emails quickly and tracking my order was easy and efficient. The byrna HD itself is fantastic. Loads of power, accurate with a decent trigger pull and easy to use. Solid design, definitely doesnt feel like a toy. I will be ordering a second one for my wife in the new year.
