Just bought a pie, when I got home I was going to enjoy having lunchHow disappointed at what I gotThe pepper pie was old and terrible. Bit into it and got this bitter taste.Opening the pie it was dried out and very dark.Totally put off!!!

Check prices at the till! Was initially charged normal price yesterday for items that were on promotion. Difference was refunded, but very irritating. This should not happen in a well run store.

Really clean store, easy to find items. Only issue I have is the way the tills are situated. Its not enough space to get through. With that being said, Im yet to find a food lovers without this issue!!

Friendly from the parking attendants, the security at the door, making sure your trolley and your hands are sanitized. The store itself was very clean, the prices are well displayed and affordable. And what I love about this store is when they advertise specials they have stock.

Their Tuesday deals currently on offer are not that God limited offering. 2021 time., everything else you get value for money, good bakery section, meat area nice cuts, and the fruit and veg, they have everything you would normally want. Not that much rare foods there

Extremely full. Then hardly any cashiers at the tills. We eventually got helped after long queues; only to be told the till is now closed. We left. Went to Pick n pay. More stock and better quality anyways. Thats the business u lost.

Living close to Willowbridge i expected to get the same quality and professionalism at Access park but I guess your location obviously determines your treatment and quality that incorporated qith your staffs attitude

I have tried buying coconut here for over 10 times and each time it was rotten inside. It’s so frustrating to get home and find out your produce is bad, not once or twice or thrice. I resorted to breaking the coconut right outside the store to make sure it’s ok but also 100% of the times they were all moldy and rotten. So my advise, DON’t bother buying coconut from this store. On the plus side, everything else is good, there is parking, other stores to explore in the area. Good luck.

They have good specials but they need to train some of their staff on customer service. Went to cashier and she said she would be back, left to go to another till for a few minutes. Not sure what she did there, came back and then still didnt help me straight away. After a long day at work this is not what I want.

For a Sunday , it was really full and some of the card terminals were offline so it was a loooong wait to pay.On the plus side, Stock was plentiful and produce fresh so that was great. Wish they sold organic produce though.

I really dont understand how this place operates...I was in there and noticed no trolly handles were sanitized outside..I took out my own spray and sanitise it...I then got to the first fridge ..got prepackaged then as I went to the fruit isle I was most disgusted as to how customers were touching every item before selecting..I got sooo agitated I walked right out sanitizing my hands ...please what can be done to avoid this...most unhygienic even in normal times...

Limited stock in terms of variety in options apposed to Tokia. Staff are not as helpful and if there is a special prepare yourself for slow working uncertain staff.

You need to go as early as possible before it gets to crowded. They got the freshest produce and I simply just love their cinnamon doughnuts its out of this world and always fresh if you not sure about something the staff is always on hand to assist.

I would like to ask the management, is the cashier lady supposed to help put the goods in customers bag/box? My experience with FL Access Park (I wouldnt know in any FL branch as I hardly go to any other branch), that all cashiers dont help customers packing the stuff. Even when they are not busy. The packaging boy would help for a tip but when they are not there, cashiers wont lift a thing. Only one time a cashier helped me with my groceries which usually quite a lot. I thought its your policy as a low cost grocery? In contrast if I go to PNP, Checkers, Spar, Woolies the cashiers would help automatically. Really curious if thats the policy?Today I went there and I took the box and put it right there and the cashier moved it aside so she could put my stuff on the table then I had to put it on the box myself. which doesnt make sense when she could just immediately put in the box.Overall the cashiers have more attitude, while other stuff eg securities and floor staff are more professional.

The specials are amazing! I needed help putting items in my cart because of my injury and the staff didnt mind helping. Definitely would recommend shopping here.

I pop in quite often on my way home from work as I dont live in the area. Theres a promotion running, where you acquire stickers and you could collect Marvel mugs. I always spend more than R 100, at a time. I was in the shop just before closing time, only after I left, I realized that the cashier DID NOT give me my sticker/s. With petrol being so expensive now, who is going to turn back but I earned it because of what I spent. Rather disappointed.

Most of fresh produce I buy from this place end up in the bin if you dont use it within 48 hours as they freeze everything prior to belivering it to the store.

Definitely not a Foodlovers market. Whats happening at Access Park Branch. Very disappointing. My first visit to the store and I had no joy. Keep it up Willowbridge. You are doing excellent

Its such a pity the manager regards money as more important than client satisfaction. Toilet rolls 18pack on special, delivery late, come back tomorrow, despite Covid, and no you cant take 2 9 packs for that price.

Although the combos are good and affordable, staff members do not have good customer service. The cashier charged me individual prices for a combo and when I returned to the store (2 minutes later) I inquired the situation with another staff member as I couldnt find the one who rang up my things. That staff member listened to my inquiry but walked away from me without saying a word. I ended up leaving the store being overcharged and I highly doubt I would return with staff members with no customer service, coming from retail myself.

Always amazing. They had frozen yellow tail for R106 a whole fish! Chicken thighs and wings, approx R23 packs! Fresh fresh fresh. Coconut oil special 3 for R100!!! What??? And liars of other stuff. Everything was cheaper than the supermarkets. I got my beetroot greens (high in potassium), the beetroot was only R10 a bunch! I suggest you go with enough money theres going to be lots of bargains

Over the more than two decades that Ive supported this store, there has been both ups and downs. Miss the peeling and chopping etc, service they used to offer. They have a good check out system, which is quite quick moving.

I love this place. Produce are always of best quality and always a deal or teo or three or many to be bought. Parking can be quite hard to find closer to the store especially during peak times, especially weekends other than that...no complaints

Fresh and delicious food etc. Store is well maintained. Staff needs to be more friendly and go the extra mile for.their customers. Cashiers need a packer to help them because time spent at the cashier makes you hungry and then your next stop will.be the smoothie bar in the store

Always love you guys but kindly could you extend your vegan range of meat replacements. Check out a company called vegan street. They have some really amazing things on there. All I can get from you in three flavours of tofu where as you could make a killing with actual meat replacements like vegan street. Looks and taste the same. Yes I know I can just go there then which trust me I do but Id like you to consider adding some too since I come there every week anyway.

I enjoy Food Lovers Market, its usually clean, I say usually because Im not there everyday but yes, usually clean. I love the setup, the items are easy to find, fruit and veg are laid out in a manner that just makes you want to grab as much as you can (gotta watch that pocket though lol). Pricing!? Some things cheaper than others, some things pricier than other stores e.g (most random example) a soup pack is (I think) R35, whereas another store has it for R25 but that only matters if you are doing shop hopping (something I tend to do).Quality of products are good, B.B dates - havent found an issue with those, Biltong Amazing, cake slices and milktart - Yes Please😜Took a random picture of green beans - fill a bag for R20😉

Affordable prices and lots of needed specials. Lines are super fast, quick and efficient, however, the customers dont relate to social distance, they stand right behind a person when they dont have a trolley.

Have bought from this outlet on a number of occasions and have been disappointed with the quality of bagged items such as potatoes, onions, squash, apples, etc. There are always damaged and heavily bruised items in the bags which deteriorate quickly. I observed some of their staff restocking shelves and they were brutal with the handling of fresh produce. While cheap, you get what you pay for.

My only disappointment was the halaal butchery - that was not halaal for a period - so Im unsure as to whether it is halaal now?? - therefore do not purchase from the butchery. Other than that, very pleased with the fresh fruit and veg...

Just OK.Only great if produce bought is used immediately or soon after purchase.The lamb meat is usually on its way out. Had to stop buying it for fear of adverse reaction

I bought the most horrible pie from Food Lovers Market Access Park yesterday. Disappointing because I was very hungry and looked forward to it. It was an overbaked, bone dry, stringy chicken pie. If I could share the pics here with you I would. Never ever had such an experience anywhere

The layout needs an upgrade. Having the entrance blocked with vegetables and stands is a healtj and safety hazard and creates a bottleneck for those who want an item further in the store.
