Heritage day was chaos, eventually when I got to the till my day was made by someone named Jamie...she was at the cig counter this her manager... Well both of them were amazing...Employees like this makes customers like me come back for their service... Thank you Jamie and manager.

They dont sell everything you would find in a supermarket. But I love buying my meat here and they always have great mark downs. I bought most stationary here on mark down last year.

Nota nice variety of items and they dont have all the tills open when its peak time or busy spells, especially around the 15th and the 25th

It is the 2nd time I go to Pick n Pay local to purchase a special and I get home without the offering. I bought Nescafé Gold & was supposed to get a Kit Kat free. Nothing on the shelf & the didnt seem to be aware of it because she didnt say anything. I realised when I got home. I didnt have time to go back to the store. Its just a chocolate I expect the cashier to be aware. Other store cashiers usually remind one of such and other in-store specials. 👎

Pick n Pay Retreat is very satisfying. I was very impress with their butchery ,a Busy corner butcher .The only thing I couldnt get was maise porridge because they only stock bulk and not 1kg pksBut otherwise I enjoyed my shopping there today.

Decent place. Great for when you need a few things. Great hamburger rolls. Dog food was also a decent price. Lemons are way too pricey though. Apples are priced okay. All in all, I would come back to this place if I require certain items.

Not too happy shopping, didnt feel like I was at Pick n Pay. Felt like a spaza shop. Not really a fan of the PnP Local brand very different setup to PnP Hypers and even PnP Express.

Formerly a landmark meat market, but converted into a Pick N Pay Family store, this is a very convenient store serving the Retreat/Steenberg community. Well stocked with groceries and fresh produce. Has parking but at times, rather busy and then parking is a problem.

Very good deli section, halaal.Small P&P, easy for quick shopping.Quick to get out 😉
