Was not allowed by the security to enter because my double layer scarf was not acceptable according to your security. But when i went to mplain with the exact scarf. I was allowed. So please explain to me why did your security see it fit to not allow me in?

I was at Boxer yesterday with my mother and daugyter.I had the worse experience if my life,when I was paying at the Tills.Aviwe the cashier was so rude and even thought the supervisor apologied on her behalf she was still talking and being rude.She says she does not understand English and she speaks Xhosa only.I asked her for a clear nag to out my Raid Moskitos killer in.I would like a response to this matter before I excallate it further.I work for a Retail I never in my 9years I ever treated a customer like that,am very disappointed.Also the supervisor as she handed me my things she never gave me my discount voucher as I bought for R+880,please advice a way forward.
