I rated 2 starts just because of their specials but normally the store is out of stock I hate the fact that you cannot place call back on sale items and staff can never tell you when stock will be available there. I went there today since there Huggies nappies are on sale. Mind you shelfs is empty only one size available why have special when the store has no stock to meet demand this is the second time in 2 months this has happened poor service really

Had a problem with the Parcel counter staff member who wouldnt wanna keep our parcels which got us to shop with burdens on our shoulders. She was cheeky and grumpy

Lots of specials, like two and get one, cheap and convenient, made it a habit to go on Saturdays, prefer it over Shoprite.

This people need customer skills they have no way of speaking to their clients bad service

The staff are friendly and assist you immediately after entering the store,the security staff are alert and ensure customers enjoy a safe environment,the prices are competitive and youll find bargains on much needed essentials,shelves are clean and stock pressure maintained,stock is regularly rotated,pi labels are correct and updated,vivid protocols are followed,till point are sanitized after every customer,definitely worth visiting again.

I previously went with the intention of getting great deals but was disappointed.The location is very bad and extremely bad as you can get pick pocketed or even robbed easily.

Boxer is ok just I got a huge problem with they way they pack your grocery you get hi one eggs are broken or the bread is crushedAlso when you get there like in a half and hour before closing the cleaners are mopping the floor and should you need something in the required Ile where they busy they will tell you the floor is wet and you cant go in thereYou just have to leave the store without the item you need In my case I needed Tuna for lunch in the week now have to go without it

They dont have tap card facilities that makes the service inconvenience

Good day , I bought 2 pork packs of R108 each. I know you must have chops and pieces in the bag. Great was my disappointment. The bag had most fat and big skins in it. I really waisted my money. Never buy pork there again.

My experience wasnt completely satisfying boxer had a combo deal but when arriving at the store there was no more Sugar in stock had to visit the store 2 times in order to get the sugar constantly out of stock on thre sale deals.

It was a pleasant experience but I would suggest that a different system need to be made with the trolley system. I came with our own vehicle and bought alot of stuff and was told I cannot take the trolley to my car. I was very furious. If I had known that I would not have shopped there..... just a suggestion...

I love Boxer and find their prices very reasonable. But when I went to the till point to pay , I had to wait for the cashier to browse through her Avon booklet , she knew I was standing there and did not care , I then went on to another till point and I was helped. The few times Ive been here the shop was fairly cleaned and well kept. Stocks on items are always filled and lots of staff that one can ask for help. Everything is good until you reach the till and the woman ringing up your items look like she doesnt want to be there. They have unfriendly people working the tills, competent but lacking even a basic smile.

Prices are not what I expected. Other retail stores are far cheaper. However, there were a few things that were cheap, but not really.
