Nice 9 hole course for practice but the greens are terrible and have been like this for while as iv been there twice in few months .. would only go again if greens are better

A fun afternoon of golf was had at the Fairview Golf course in Gordonsbay. This is a 9 hole course that can be played as a 18 hole from 2 tees. The course is somewhat dry but this is understandable given the time of year and water restrictions in the Western Cape. The greens are fair but can be better mowed. After 16h00 is happy hour and one can play for half price.

Worst 9 hole course Ive ever payed, the fairways are as dry as the desert and filled with weeds. The greens were just as terrible, Id give this course a miss.

Its a nice and tricky 9hole golf course staff is friendly and very apologetic when mistakes are made, greens needs attention, golf course management must address the animal issue (cows messing around and on the greens)

Been a member at Fairview for 2 years now and best club in terms of hospitality. It was also lekka winning the Sanlam Cansa Golf Challenge A division

Important notemost golf courses in cape town and on the garden route do NOT consider a membership at fairviev golf as * affiliated *. so there is no greenfee discount whatsoever as a member of south africa golf association. this is very disappointing. the management of fairview golf knows about that shortcoming, but gives no information accordingly. conclusion: the membership is not worth a dime. avoid!most golf courses in cape town and on the garden route do not consider membership in the fairview golf club to be a south african * association membership *. this means that no usual green fee discounts are granted. that is disappointing and expensive. The management of the fairview golf club is aware of this, but does not consistently communicate this. conclusion: membership is simply not worth anything!
