I wanted to buy a pencil case at canal walk and i went there and they were closed i was very mad the entire evening

Had a very disappointing experience this evening...I bought my son a number of items here for his first year of school from bag to watch and etc..Sadly I returned the bottle that he was so excited about because the straw keeps slipping out and unfortunately for a 5 year old being stuck all day with a juice bottle he is unable to use is a bit upsetting.The store manager had a nasty attitude about how I should have read their policies before I made a purchase.Sadly I wont be back...
