This was our 2nd time dealing with this company. We received the wrong stock. We spoke to the receptionist, who on her part liased with the manager. We were welcomed on our arrival, but the cherry on the cake, is that this lady was so understanding, & helpful, she went the extra mile to accommodate us. All of my experiences at 10 pack have been really good, they have a wide variety of tin products suited to a range of different small business. They can also make custom tins, and the staff that work there are very well mannered and kind and will do their best to make a solution for you. I will definitely use them again.
