What a complete waste of my valuable time! You stand outside for average 25 minutes in a cold open tent!Once inside its another 15 minutes quee! Cant wait for this white elephant to crash! The security is worst than at the bank!

I have tried to open a dstv account with Thabo Mathebula since the 30th of September 2021 and I am still waiting. He told me that he escalated the situation but after that got no reply. I sent him multiple messages stating my displeasure to how long it is taking and I still received no reply I really am shocked with the service given, lack of communication and lack of urgency to help clients. Please sort this out ASAP. This is not the type of service a major company is supposed to give clients.

Multichoice is the worst , holding on for 25min to get assistance. It shows E17 error and they cannot clear the error over the phone now I must take time off work to go to Multichoice offices and there is usually 1 person working in the Brackenfell branch and he looks very very tired and not interested so one will stand for about an hour or more , it is really inconviniencing

Client service gentleman excellent but whole process was a nightmare! Consist of waiting, more waiting and waiting! No chairs for age challenged and a 48 hours waiting for new decoder purchased. Cannot understand that Multi Choice see themselves as a business. Being a monopoly has made them forget the concept of service!!!

A years subscription was deducted from my account without my authorisation. 2 extra long cellphone calls and 2 visits later, the transaction was finally reversed. Multichoices customer service staff, seems very unprofessional and have a devil may care attitude toward their subscribers. Only the last person who helped me, looked and acted professional in the performing of her duties. So sorry I never got her name. She deserves a mention.🌹❤️

I have just had the worse service ever. The agent on the line was talking with me and other people on side... Laughing in my ear. I had to repeat every thing I was saying more that 2 time. And lastly she said there was a system problem they will take my customer number and fix the problem after an hour.... I very unprofessional sies maan

More attention can be given to the elderly which visits your store.... During my very short, helpful and efficient assistance at the helpdesks, 4 elderly couples were made fun of and not very helpfully assisted from the security to the helpdesks... Let them go to the front of the row, no one will mind and treat them with dignity and respect... There is no need to make fun of them because they are old and can not hear the same as you me...

After our chat with multichoice, we were told that we can have our decoder checked at their walk in centre in N1 City. It was discovered that the device was faulty, so we had the option to either buy a refurbished decoder or a new decoder. The technician was very friendly, extremely helpful and so patient with me.My reason for only giving 3 stars, is the fact that the technician did not give us an option of what I was going to do with the faulty decoder, and we left without it, with the newly purchased product. I only realised that I need the device in order to claim from my insurance. By the way, it is my property, so it should have been handed back to me. Now I must go back there at my own expense, totally unacceptable.

Unable to do a simple transfer of ownership in 1 visit at a digital satellite TV operator. I now have two useless earlier version decoders. Upgrading my Nokia 5510 as a luddite baby boomer was easier.

Disappointed in DSTV services. The Mountain bike world champs XCO final was geoblocked on Redbull tv (where we usually watch it) because it was meant to be on TV. But elite men and woman races were not broadcast on Supersport as promised! A waste of money. Don’t force geoblocks if you can’t deliver a service. No more DSTV for us

Has the covid virus affected Multichoices contractual obligations to PROVIDE Visual / Audio service as contractually agreed apon signed into YEARS ago as Premium Subscriber ?!?Lets just unpack itE48-32Come on please educate me how weather in 2021 can effect a progamme taped 2011 and aired on Dstv in 2021 ? Currently your system is so slow I can boil a egg between E48-32 error after R 995p/m E48-32 error. I can comfortably count to 23 before dstv responds....UPDATE 10 DAYS LATER AND CHANNEL 179 IS STILL ON E48-32.....

Mo problems. Arrived, i was signed in walked inside hands sanitized and almost immediately sjown to a consultant, who was very good. All done in 20 minutes from driving in and out again. You cant beat that. Thanks again.

I have been a client for 30 yrs. I was offered a deal, by dstv. I had so much problems, from u/s new decoder to showmax not installed correctly, payment requirements, error codes. It just goes on. I had to sort out most of the problems by myself.

Multichoice N1 City, I like a lot. Their service is the best. If they cant fix system problem via telephone they will ask us come in.There is enough parking with parking guards. You step into Multichoice and you will see people directing you where you should go with a security. You will receive a ticket number.They have so many service points so you dont feel the wait. Getting to this venue we received the great and fast services.

Very long wait in the tent and uncomfortableto stand for so long. It was very hot and there is no water station to even quench the thirst. Otherwise when you eventually reach the service desk everything went quick and the staff was very helpful

They have all their protocols in place to keep their customers safe. They even erected a big tent outside for the customers to que in and that prevent you as the customer from standing in the sun or rain. Friendly and efficient staff ensure that all your queries are handled quickly and professionally.

Queues were way too long. I was forced to go to their offices. I had canceled dstv only to find (without my permission) that they had reconnected dstv. Whoever reads this:if somebody has the reference details to your decoder, dstv will reconnect decoder without your permission. After I had canceled dstv for the 2nd time, the decoder was reconnected within 24 hours. The bottomline is that the responsibility for payment continues to fall on you. It would seem that dstv is bent on being sued.

Pathetic and incompetent, make you wait hours while they check your faulty decoder, come back and say it’s fixed and when you get home and plug it in the same fault happens again. I have long suspected that their is no one on of any substance or intelligence left at multi choice what with their halfwit CEO denying that there are repeats on their channels when that’s all that they do but I still hoped that their technical and customer service would have some level of competence left in it. Absolutely without a doubt the most useless bunch of idiots I have come across.

I had to go twice to get my problem solved. The second time I was lucky to get a friendly girls help who knew what she was doing. Just unfortunate that I needed to go more than once for the same problem and they take really long to fix it. Both times took me more than an hour.
