Dr Visagie has been my doctor for many years, she is incredible as well as the receptionist both amazing. Thank you for being a comforting place for your patients.

My mom Jackie, is very disappointed. The receptionist is very rude and say things she shouldn’t be saying. It’s not her place to make comments about someone else’s medication. Then I called her about my prescription on Tuesday! On Saturday, still wasn’t send to the pharmacy!!! Great Dr! But just very disappointed.

Dr. Visagie has given me some invaluable information and guidance over the past year on how best to treat a chronic illness I have. It is nice to have a doctor you can trust these days

Wonderful DR. been absolutely great with our kids. However, the receptionist cost DR. all the brawny points gained. She is super rude towards my wife when she made an appointment for our baby, just because my wife did not have a pen ready to take the bank details since according to the receptionist our medical aid might not cover the visit (BTW they did, thanks Momentum). Her attitude makes sense if we owed them money or even where know to forfeit on our bills! Our 6 month old baby were sick, we would not take him to a Dr. if we did not need to, we will not expect a service without being willing to pay for that service. I hope Dr. reads this and have a chat to her over her manners! SIES!

I contacted them to find out if I can have an appointment for tomorrow(03.09.2019). I advised that I do have medical aid and I told them what medical aid, the receptionist was so rude, she told me that they cannot help me and I advised that it was on my list of GPs and she still didnt want to help me. Her tone of was was so rude almost as if she didnt want to help me. So glad I didnt go to them because this service was not the best.
