I was so disappointed in the service I received by DR Hamman receptionist. I booked an appoint for the 02/03 for 10:30am. The receptionist confirmed that there no other appoints for that day and they confirmed my details. when i got there, the appoint was not booked and I should come back at 4:30pm, as if she was doing me a favour. I took a day off from work because I had made an appointment with them.
