I walked in to this rooms off the street and felt rotten I had excellent service from the warm hello till I left. The ladies were friendly and professional and I was seen by Dr Isaacs and she was very kind and professional. They also have meds that helps a lot. Thanks for your help.

This receptionist is extremely rude.I am Covid positive and have a bad throat infection. I cant swallow anything or speak without excruciating pain. I just want a telephone consultation for an antibiotic script. I asked a friend to call in since I can barely speak. This receptionist insists that I must come into the surgery. I then called in myself. She wouldnt even let me try to speak. She just said hours 9 to 11, first come, first serve and I am very busy and then she just put down the fone down. I have been a patient here for 15 years and I wont be returning.I dont advise anyone to go to this surgery cos you will get covid there!

Very limited office hours, extremely unhelpful reception staff. You have many other options of Drs in Woodstock, I would recommend any of those above this establishment.

Receptionist is not helpful at all, how about listening to what I have to say before hanging up the phone.

Always good advice and we have been going to her for years

Dr S Abrahams is a graduate of the University of Cape Town. She is one of the better doctors on the woodstock area and accepts most medical aids. She is thorough in assessing and diagnosing a patient and also dispensers medication.
