Ive stayed there for 5 months, Rodger(caretaker), didnt pitch to make a final review when leaving the place, 2 months later we got the invoice stating that we owing and place needs to be painted. I dont recommend this place to anyone. If you looking for a place to stay, try somewhere better, not Vanguard. The place is right at Heideveld but the prices are the same as Sandton, Constantia etc

Safe gated community, close to vangate shopping centre and the market strip of Gatesville. Public transportation is available, but limited and takes abit of walking.
