Quite nice surrounding. Has security gates in & out but too close living for my liking.

Looks like a safe place to live and is on the edge of Tokai forest so great place for jogging. Before you buy there, be aware that that one of the residents is a deeply unhappy woman who complains often to the residents committee and wont let anyone do anything. Ask around... the others will tell you who she is. You do not want to be next door!

Well established, well run. A nightmare to renovate as built with 70MPA concrete prefab walls. Costs a fortune.
