Was ordering food and the lady helping me with the order had her mask under her chin! As if nobody could get infected with the virus, as a result I left and did not even get a proper apology from the manager! Besides the apology these ladys are serving hundreds of people daily, who knows whats germs are going onto the food

Went there Saturday past with my boyfriend to put in petrol. He asked for R100 petrol. He gave the petrol attendant the money before he put the petrol in. The petrol attendant apparently capped the amount so it would fill exactly R100 but that wasnt the case. Luckily my boyfriend checked and saw it was well over R300+ at the time and told the petrol attendant he only asked for R100! He then explained that there was an issue with the petrol machine. Then my boyfriend and I went to the manager but this other guy said he was not the manager and didnt want to be involved with our issue! The petrol attendant said this will come out of his wages and he doesnt make that money in a day. Yes, I understand that but HE is the one who made the balls up. Not us!? Disgusted in the service and work ethic of the people who work there. Never going back there again!

Terrible service. Unhelpful staff, vagrants sitting in the door way, begging for money. Only one cashier operating the till point at night and this creates a long line unnecessarily. Not even a manager on duty at night abd and the in-store Capitec Bank ATM machine is always offline, as well as the Lotto Machine. They need to beef up their night staff as well as the night security staff and educate staff about customer service.

Unacceptable service....stopped there yesterday (Sunday 23rd)afternoon to throw in fuel....1 attending to a vehicle....3 standing and taking selfies....I was told the shop closed and in returned I said I would just like some fuel and to no surprise the attendants continued with the selfies.....while I was busy looking for the telephone number of the garage to lay a complaint,the attendant came to me and asked how much with an attitude....the response.....high soga ....disgusted by the way they treat people....Management should get more professional attendants who is serious about their work and who wants to work.....WILL NEVER EVER SEE ME AGAIN AT THAT GARAGE

Consistently dismal service at both the pumps and in the OK Minimart shop. Slow, impolite, not wanting to look after customers at all. Very sad as it is a well located and busy outlet.

Not usually very busy. Staff not the friendliest. There is a little shop there that had the usual fare, but dont do regular shopping here, prices quite high.

Be careful to check your change when purchasing at the ok store... they can make mistakes and dont even apologize. In actual fact they look dissappointed that you corrected there error.
