I recently purchased an ndct16 unit from Dewhot. It has been running for just over three months under fairly trying conditions. Installed in the Karoo using unfiltered borehole water. This particular unit was recommended by Marcel due to my low water pressure. It has performed above my expectations. Up to now it has been running a bath, basin and kitchen sink on a 19kg gas cylinder which lasted for 3 months. It heats the water quickly and efficiently, with 2.00m from the geyser to the bath, hot water is coming through after only about 1.5 litres has passed through the unit. I am most disappointed in this companys after sales service, after having supplied a great number of their units through my business. When the occasion came that a technician was required to carry out a manufacture fault, it proved impossible to get a satisfactory resolve to the problem.
