I am deeply disappointed in the service recieved today.i bought a clutch kit yesterday and did not use it at all I have the slip and everything but they did not want to return it.i went back twice to the store and was put through to alot of people just to get out the same result.ive been a client there for many years and not once was I treated like this.now today they come to me with many stories.deeply dissapointed in their service.they were not very helpful.the item has instructions on the box advising us before we come for a refund or exchange.yet I was still within this bracket.terrible that you guys do not do refunds suddenly.

This shop is incredibly you can purchase a carburettor, a loaf of bread, headache powder, fishing tackle, cold meat and have your gas bottle filled. Amazing one stop shop.

Always good service and the staff goes the extra mile to order and call you back if one orders or request something specific.

Most car parts are available here, friendly and helpful stuff.

This is a shop that is very busy because of the variety of different products they sell. You can buy something to eat and wait for a vehicle part.

On Fridays they close the shop from 1pm to 2pm for religious reasons. I completely understand this and have no problem with it.Unfortunately, today I spent a whole hour waiting for them to reopen. I sat there until 3pm before I decided to leave.

Poor service. They made my elderly mother carry her own 21kg gas cannister, no offers to help whatsoever. Many beggers that virtually assault you to give them money and people drinking alcohol and shouting. I was there years ago and it wasnt this bad. Dont know whats going on. I dont feel safe there anymore.

Im gonna start of by saying its an extremely odd shop I never imagined that you will be able to buy bread, brake pads, gas bottles and polony in 1 shop. But I have to say it works and you can literally get almost anything there. I do recommend them

Blou winkel has good compliment of parts but their customer service lacks quite a bit, ive encountered the owner chasing a customer away because he argued with the owner about a incident that happended

My husband never knew of this place till I showed him. Id like to be able to browse through items, but I guess this is more of a know what you want / need type of place (over the counter).

Very slow and disorganised staff but they will most likely have what you are looking for when all the other motor parts retailers are closed. It does how ever mean that their prices has a mark up

Only had one bad experience.Staff member provided wrong part and made it difficult for me to return and get the correct part.Other times were all fine apart from the long ljnes.Prices are higher than competitors but opened for longer hours which is appealing.

I bought brake pads for a Jinbei and actually bought the wrong ones. On my return to exchange it, I received excellent, professional service when I returned it and also a bit more info about the product from the salesman.Blou Winkel is tops.

Ques too long. Woman behind two tills. One selling groceries and sgarettes wich is fine but the other one just stands there waiting for a salesman to send someone to pay. She can at least make a dash to the racks for something simple and small. I always buy line taps there. She will just look at me and let me stand there untill a salesman can help me. The line taps are just behind her
