Forever Lawn installed some artificial lawn about 2 years ago for me. I have pets and they assured me that I will be able to treat the lawn to combat the smell.They suggested that we put down a cement slab and then fit the lawn on top of that. They are the experts so I agreed. Since then its been a continuous battle with bad odours no matter what I tried.I contacted another company to give advice and they said that the installation was not done according to industry standard. Ie layers of sand etc and not a cement slab.I contacted them to correct the problem but they just ignored me. They even still have photos of my dogs running around on the newly fitted lawn on their site!I would suggest you give this company a second thought.
