It took them 5 times to come out before a very simple job was done. Took 5 minutes to do in the end. First they brought another part because they said mine was outdated and that they will have to install something else as well with the new part at further cost. I only rent and communicated that I can not let them do that. What about the extra cost for the owner? Miraculously they then found the part that was needed and as I say it took 5 min to install. This all took place over 3 months.

Excellent service from very knowledgeable people! I had a problem with my garage door with another company for 6 weeks. Deno Doors fixed it in half an hour! Honest people.

After a fence installation I was directed to deno doors to set my gate motor. I was told it was broken and sent a R 7k quote for a new motor. When I asked what was wrong no answers were forthcoming. After a week of no replies I called another repair person. Deno doors re-attached a magnet upside down....Was a 15 minute error to fix and almost no cost. Deno MADE the mistake and it would have cost me R 7 000.00 and throwing away a gate motor that still works perfectly.

I asked Deno doors to look at my garage door motor which wasnt working.The chap came round looked at the motor and said he did not have knowledge about the specific motor as it was apparently quite old. He said he would liaise with his manager and get back to us. The motor was left as is.He also looked at my front gate motor and fitted a new battery for R350 - which was apparently necessary. The old battery was just left in my driveway.The whole bill came to R690 and I have since chased the company to give me a response re my garage motor with no success.I wouldnt recommend them.

I would be very careful and watch what work they do on your doors / motors, I have been charged for a new battery when a new one was not required, still trying to get an explanation from them.!!!!!!!!This type of behavior should be publicized, we as layman rely on technical people to do this type of work and would normally throw away the old battery believing that they know what they are doing in other words we act in good faith.........It is so annoying to be ripped off ............*********
