Excellent service and exceptional quality. The Johannesburg store manager went out of his way to deliver my chairs on time and was a pleasure to deal with. My Tomcat chairs are the best features in my home!

I have to agree with Jan Gouws - terrible service. I ordered (AND PAID) for a leather rugby ball in May and was promised that it is in JHB. Still have not received the ball or my money back.

Pathetic service. I was promised delivery of a chair I have already paid for. Delivery never happened without any notification. I.e I am still waiting for my R18000 chair. This is unacceptable service with empty promises. I will return to this shop and demand my money back and I will never go near that shop again.

AVOID this company at all cost. Hands down the worst service I have ever dealt with. Very poor quality items with no customer service. You will regret choosing this company and potentially become ill with stress like I have if you have to deal with them. I 100% regret ever giving them my hard earned cash and custom.
