During this pandemic, no one was wearing their masks although they saw that I, the customer l, was in their sight. I was also supprised to find out after buying something that they do not deliver for free and that I have to pay R200 for delivery even when I am staying >400m from the shop. I got a guy on the street and we carried the thing together to my place and I only gave him a R50 for helping me.

Thanks to Colin for all his thoughtfulness. He found the correct bed for me and the bed was dropped off on the agreed day and quite in Nyanga. Russels were already ready to deliver furniture in Nyanga. Thanks also to all the other staff. The price of the bed was also in my pocket. Thank you !
