Unfortunately I feel compelled to write this post after I have had an extremely poor experience with this business. After I made a deposit payment and had arranged a delivery date, the communication completely stopped. They never arrived to deliver the table and then subsequently did not answer any of my messages or return any of my calls. When they finally responded (days later after multiple calls/messages) and arranged another delivery date, the same thing happened again.The table eventually arrived on the 3rd or 4th promised date.On immediate inspection, the workmanship did not look of the highest quality as the alignment of some of the wood was a bit skew (but at this point, I was just happy it arrived at all). Within 2 weeks, the glue between the wood started to melt and there is now quite a bit of space between planks and looks likely to eventually become unusable. I messaged them with this evidence of poor work and they agreed it was not up to standard and that they would come collect the table.Once again, they failed to arrive on the promised date and have subsequently ignored my messages. Its been 2 weeks.I would love to support a small business like this, but they have no understanding of customer service or communication and the experience will likely frustrate the hell out of you and make you feel as if youve been scammed.

NOT recommended. Scammed. Fraud and a disgrace of paying a deposit, never pitching on agreed delivery date, rescheduled and again not delivering. Communication stop not reaching via email or phone. Husband finally reached him and it was said that they would pay the deposit back, because they couldnt produce the item, but weeks later nothing. I sincerely hope this reaches many people and we can put a stop this fraudster.

Tried to buy something from these guys... Sent numerous messages... They just dont respond... They clearly dont want to do business with the public... Yet the brochures has 100s of products.. Needed a tree house and a drinks cabinet.... Scam in my view.. Pathetic ratings... Will never part with my money with these guys!! Useless!!

Terrible after sales service! The kist / trunk delivered last week is rotting and growing mould on it. Owner never responds to my WhatsApp or calls. He was supposed to come repaint on Thursday and he never pitched. Not even the decency or common courtesy to say he will not be arriving. Not sure if the wood quality used was substandard but there is definitely poor workmanship here. The rot is giving off an awful smell in my house! R1100 down the drain? This is appalling!

Bought a custom made firewood box from them. Received the box in good time, but I was disappointed with the finished product. I asked them to rectify it and they said they would, but never did. Now they are ignoring my messages. The box has wheels, but it may as well not because it doesnt work and its poorly put together. Definitely not recommended!

My order for furniture was done and delivered in time as promised, everything was done perfectly just as i ordered on watsapp. They were very helpfull and friendly, it is a pleasure doing bussiness with them. Good value for money as well

I have order a table from Roland to my own specifications he delivered before the delivery date and was well prized

Paid them but now they are missing in action...not taking calls...Facebook page seems to have disappeared too. Think Ive been conned.

Awesome service and fast turnaround time.

Late delivery (nearly 3 months late after being promised a 2 week turnaround time), very poor communication and shocking quality of my custom order, which was also not made to the very clear measurements and specifications sent and agreed upon.

Pictures in ads are misrepresentations of quality of products delivered.

Paid them, three weeks later no furniture, he has promised daily he will deliver.
